Paisley Half Marathon Route

The Paisley Half Marathon

The Paisley Half Marathon sets off in the heart of the town, with the start and finish line on Gilmour Street, right beside the buzz of County Square.
From there, runners take a loop around the historic Paisley Abbey, soaking in the stunning medieval backdrop before heading out towards St Mirren Park, home of the Saints.
The course then takes on an out-and-back stretch along Canteen Road, giving athletes the chance to open up their stride and settle into a strong rhythm.

Next the route heads

Next, the route heads to Linwood Road, before joining the Paisley cycle track, a fast and scenic section that offers a smooth flow under tree cover. The course then leads runners back into town, entering Canal Street.
As the miles wind down, the energy of the crowd builds, pulling runners onto the bustling High Street for a thrilling final push towards the finish line. The atmosphere at the finish will be electric, with spectators lining the streets to cheer every step of the way.
